Capable of comfortably accommodating up to 6 people, this funky apartment consists of: lounge, kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, bathroom + WC, balcony, corridor. We mixed the best from the 21st century too, like integrated ceiling audio system and more! Ultra fast WiFi connection is covering the entire property. The space is disinfected according to the Property Manager’s standards. Located on the 4th floor of a historical Sofia building, this apartment is stylishly designed with jazzy and aristocratic vibes. Audio system integrated in the ceiling and ambient lighting build up the sensation. The corridor contains: • plenty of storage space for outwear and shoes • a big mirror. The common room serves as lounge, dining and cooking area. It also provides you access to a charming balcony with Vitosha mountain view. The living area is equipped with: • flat screen TV with Cable TV • an audio system. The kitchen is fully equipped and provides: • a gorgeous massive wooden table • Air Conditioning • curtains for full privacy and comfort. Each bedroom features: • a big comfortable bed • lighted night stands • under bed storage space [+mini closet attached to the second bedroom] • flat screen TVs • Air Conditioning • extra arm chair • smart multi-standard charging outlets • a mirror. The bathroom features: • a mirrored sink • a walk-in shower with glass partition • a WC. INTERIOR DESIGN BY DIKANSKI & PARTNERS • Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication. • Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Property Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679. • Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay. • Quiet hours between 2pm - 4pm and 10pm - 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events. • It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it - clean and tidy. • Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency.
