We would like to define this designer one bedroom apartment as a mirage in the city desert! It’s beautifully and cleverly designed and furnished. There are some undeniable perks such as flat screen TVs in both common area and bedroom, smart check-in method and more. Ultra fast 5G internet is covering the entire property. The space is disinfected according to the Property Manager’s standards. The apartment’s layout consists of corridor, living room with open-plan kitchen, bedroom with balcony access and bathroom. In the living room you will find: • sofa bed - extendable and can sleep 2 persons; • TV with cable channels • Air-conditioning The kitchen is part of the living room and provides: • an oven and hobs • a coffee machine • a fridge • a dining table and chairs for 4 The bedroom boasts a: • super comfortable queen-size bed; • a wardrobe; • TV with cable • Air-conditioning • access to a private balcony. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Property Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679. • Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay. • Quiet hours between 2pm - 4pm and 10pm - 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events. • It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it - clean and tidy. • Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency.
