Freshly renovated and uniquely designed two bedroom apartment in the pumping heart of Sofia. Warm cappuccino colours, double height ceilings and carefully planned interior accents. Free WiFi connection is covering the entire property. The space is disinfected according to the Property Manager’s standards. • Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication. • Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Property Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679. • Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay. • Quiet hours between 2pm - 4pm and 10pm - 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events. • It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it - clean and tidy. • Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency.
