This designer one bedroom apartment is the perfect mixture between the so-called city jungle and an actual jungle! :) But don’t be fooled by the design, our place offers all the benefits of the modern world, including two big flat screen TVs, smart self check-in and more. Ultrafast 5G WiFi connection is covering the entire property. The space is disinfected according to the Property Manager’s standards. The layout consists of: living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and balcony access, double bedroom and bathroom with a walk-in shower. In the living room you will find: • sofa bed - extendable and can sleep 1 person; • TV with cable channels • Air-conditioning • access to a private balcony overlooking the street. The kitchen is part of the living room and provides: • an oven and hobs • a coffee machine • a fridge • a dining table and chairs for 4 The bedroom boasts a: • super comfortable queen-size bed; • large wardrobe; • TV with cable • Air-conditioning. Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication. • Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Property Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679. • Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay. • Quiet hours between 2pm - 4pm and 10pm - 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events. • It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it - clean and tidy. • Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency.
