It’s a fairytale in this 2-bedroom apartment in the heart of the capital. Stylish and fully equipped, this flat is the perfect place for your short or long term accommodation in Sofia. Location is the best there is - right next to Saint Sofia Monument and just a few steps away from the Independence Square. Strong WiFi connection is covering the entire property. The space is disinfected according to the Property Manager’s standards. The apartment’s layout consists of two bedrooms, a spacious common area, one bathroom and two balconies. The two bedrooms are furnished with: • a comfortable queen-sized bed; • TV with cable channels; • storage area; • black-out curtains. The common area is equipped with: • a standard double bed; • extendable sofa; • TV with cable channels; • dining area; • access to balcony; In the kitchen there is: • fridge, oven and stoves; • coffee machine and electric kettle; • full kitchenware and utensils The bathroom is carefully designed and equipped with shower, toilet and two washing sinks. • Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication. • Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Property Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679. • Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay • Quiet hours between 2pm - 4pm and 10pm - 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbours and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events. • It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment like you found it - clean and tidy. • Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency.
