The Inn at Crystal Beach is a luxury condominium situated directly on the Gulf of Mexico. This exquisite upscale property offers large, stylishly furnished 2-7 bedroom condominiums boasting fully equipped kitchens, master baths with whirlpool tubs, and breathtaking views from every balcony or patio.
The Inn at Crystal Beach features a 24-hour front desk; state of the art Fitness Studio; Business Center with computer, fax and copier; and Gulf-Front Pool, Hot Tub, and BBQ grilling areas astride a large airy sundeck. The Inn at Crystal Beach is also home to 790 on the Gulf, a casual fine dining restaurant & bar offering afternoon snacks, sunset cocktails, and magnificent indoor/outdoor Gulf front dining. Other amenities include underground parking, daily beach service, wireless high speed internet, and meeting room facilities. All units are non-smoking and pets are not accepted.
Unit 308 is a spacious 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Gulf front condo that sleeps 8 comfortably. With a prime location directly above the pool, this is a fantastic condo to relax and enjoy the sunsets. The master bedroom has a king bed as well as an en suite with garden tub and walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom also has a queen bed and the third guest bedroom has a queen bed. The second bathroom offers a tub / shower combination. With a queen sofa sleeper in the living room, this spacious condo will sleep 8. Unit #308 is equipped with a fully furnished kitchen and washer and dryer and WIFI.
Corona Virus (COVID-19) Cleaning and Sanitization for The Property Manager
Cleanliness and safety are always a top priority for of The Property Manager rental properties. As such, our team has developed new practices that achieve the highest levels of cleanliness and sanitization as recommended by the CDC to prevent the spread of Corona Virus (COVID-19). All of our housekeeping teams have developed new practices to achieve those high standards. The Property Manager is committed to doing our part to keep guests, owners and staff safe.

Cleaning/Inspection Standards
We will continue our stringent cleaning and inspection standards, and have added additional disinfectant cleaners.
Protective Gear
All housekeepers and inspectors have been given protective masks and gloves. Housekeepers clean only vacant units, so will not be required to wear masks while alone in the unit, but Inspectors will wear gloves to do the final disinfecting of surfaces.
CDC Approved Cleaning Agents
All housekeepers are trained in CDC cleaning procedures along with the use of CDC recommended cleaning agents, which are known to kill all known pathogens, including Corona Virus.
Sanitization of Linens
All bed linens and towels will be laundered and sanitized between all guest arrivals, using CDC approved cleaning agents and procedures. Blankets are washed and placed in sealed bags should guests chose to use them.
Extended Time between Checks ins for Sanitization and Cleaning
We will require a disinfection period in between each departure and arrival, although we use a product that kills solid surface germs in 3 minutes. Cleaners are trained in CDC cleaning processes and use CDC recommended cleaning agents. Upon each departure, rentals are stripped of all linens and towels, and sprayed with a CDC approved disinfecting agent that kills up to 21 germs and viruses, including Corona Virus within 3 hours. Housekeeping will then clean and sanitize the unit. Once the cleaning is complete, an Inspector will ensure all standards have been met, and as part of this process, team members will also disinfect all door handles, light switches, remote controls and faucets as a final precaution to ensure all units are sanitized and disinfected prior to guest arrival. To allow ample time for these additional inspections, we will be unable to offer any late check outs or early arrivals.
