This lovely family villa is furnished in a pleasing country style with a spacious sea view terrace with BBQ. The terrace is gated, offering a little peace of mind for families with young children. Location Villa is at the western end of San Jaime. The resort centre of Son Bou, with shops and a choice of restaurants is approximately 1800m but fresh bread is baked daily at a well-stocked supermarket just 80m away - a tempting morning treat. In high season there is a shuttle bus that goes to Son Bou resort and beach which saves the 20 min walk. For a little more solitude then it is approx. 25 mins walk via the Cami de Cavalls (access near the supermarket), to the extreme western end of the beach where even swimsuits are optional. A footpath through the dunes takes you to Son Bou or, if you follow the Cami in the other direction, it will take you to the neighbouring resort of Sant Thomas. For stays of 7 nights or more - house towels will be changed every 3 - 4 days. For stays of 14 nights or more - bed linen is changed every 7 nights.
