Elegant Simplicity—Close to Downtown Cincy

This building was built in 1863 but was completely renovated in 2018! Luckily for us that means we have all the charm of a historic house and neighborhood with all the convenience and amenities of a modern designed space. This bnb has many art pieces and all of them are sourced from local artists. This is Apartment 3 which is on the west side of the house. Take the Steps from the first floor deck up to the second floor deck and the door is the one with a 3 in the middle of it. You can park in the parking lot directly across from the building. There are parking spaces marked "Bed & Breakfast Only". Park in the space with the sign designated for apartment 3. Access to the apartment is limited to registered guests only. Any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight. The Licking Riverside neighborhood is a quaint, historic neighborhood full of beautiful Italianate and Victorian-style houses. Dine at delicious local cafes and bakeries, go for a stroll along the river, and listen to some live music downtown. Guests who are able may want to walk to the local restaurants and bars. But driving is an easy option too! Easy drive to both downtown Cincinnati and downtown Covington. We require all guests to sign our rental agreement before receiving check in instructions. As always, we recommend guests exercise common sense and safety while walking between destinations throughout the city. Our interaction with you is minimal unless you need us. In that case, we can be there in minutes!
