Prepare full-course meals for your entire group in the gourmet kitchen, and then head outside to enjoy the furnished patio and the two-and-a-half acres where you and your four-legged family member can get out and play. This location is excellent as it is halfway between Arcata and Eureka, and very easy to get onto U.S. 101. It is about 44 miles south of Prairie Creek Redwoods State Park which offers over 100 miles of trails, including the popular Fern Canyon and Trillium Falls Trails. And be sure to head west to explore the gorgeous Northern Californian Coast, where you can walk the sands or beachcomb for agates and shells. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
- Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
