The living room boasts two sofas, two armchairs, a gas fireplace, and a large flatscreen TV with streaming services. We know what you’re thinking: movie nights will be a delight here. The kitchen is inviting and well-equipped with stainless steel appliances (including a French door fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and microwave) and an island with four high stools. The dining table adjoining the kitchen seats up to six people, but there’s always the option of dining al fresco on the expansive deck. This deck features an outdoor dining area and a private gas grill. Yes, it’s time to show off your grilling skills. When the sun sets, take advantage of the chimney firepit and gather around to tell the most hilarious or spooky stories while roasting s’mores. Back inside, this level features the main bedroom with a small flatscreen TV, an en suite full bathroom with a walk-in shower, a laundry room, and another full bathroom. Climb up the stairs and you’ll find yourself in the loft, which has a bed, a sofa, and a convenient two-person table. This level has two other bedrooms and another full bathroom.
