This villa is located in one of the best locations of Pernera about 5 minutes’ walk from Pernera Centre and 15 minutes’ walk from Central Protaras Strip. The nearest beach is about 7 minutes’ walk from the villa. This is spacious a spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom, fully equipped and fully air-conditioned villa that offers quality furniture and fittings throughout as well as free high speed wi-fi internet and satellite TV with English, Russian and European channels. The ground floor features an open plan living room with modern sofa set, dinning table, a fully equipped kitchen with an island well as a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower enclosure. The upper features the master bedroom with a double bed, double sofa bed and en-suite bathroom with shower enclosure. On this floor there is also another double bedroom, a twin bedroom and the family bathroom that offers a bathtub. The outside features a very spacious patio and garden area, covered with artificial grass, a large 4x8m overflow pool, comfortable sofa set, dining table, sun-loungers, parasols and BBQ. The nearest beach, about 7 minutes’ walk from the villa is Marlita Beach, but all of Pernera and Central Protaras Beaches such as Pernera, Sunrise and Fig Tree Bay all with crystal clear blue waters and white sand are within very easy reach by foot, cycle or car. Within a few minutes’ walk from the villa, you will find supermarkets, cafes, bars, restaurants, water-sports, pharmacies, and all amenities you would need for an easy and relaxing holiday. The region of Protaras and Ayia Napa offer a plethora of adventures for kids of all ages such as water parks, water sports, theme-parks, fun parks, boat trips, museums and much more and all within a few minutes’ drive from the villa. Listed Prices include 300KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro0.30/Kwh. For stays shorter than 5 nights there is a surcharge of Euro250 over and above the total booking amount. This property is suited for families. No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host. This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times. Failure to observe these rules may result in the guest being asked to vacate the property without any compensation.
