This Villa is a jewel to be treasured situated in quiet location of Protaras Centre just three minutes’ walk to Fig Tree Bay and the Central Protaras Strip.

The ground floor features a large open plan kitchen with a breakfast bar and dinning area that opens up into the semi-covered pool patio area. The large patio doors open all the way to join the interior with the exterior that were designed to be used together as one space. Half a flight of stairs further up, overlooking the kitchen and pool patio is the TV room. The upper floor features 3 double bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms and a double bed, two of which offer panoramic sea views. The fourth bedroom also with a double and en suite shower is located at the semi-basement level where there is a also a utility room and a fifth shower room. On the top floor Protaras Villa Kalena Seafront offers a large roof terrace with breathtaking seaviews furnished with modern sofa set and BBQ.

This is a seafront villa with unobstructed sea views ideally located in the centre of the lively resort of Protaras on the Fig Tree Bay Pensinsula and short 3-minute walk to Central Protaras Strip and overlooking the scenic area of Capo Greko. within a 5 -minute walk from the villa you will find all amenities that the resort has to offer.
A comfortable to walk footpath provides easy access to the sea directly in front of the villa. Even though this is not a sandy beach, the waters are crystal clear and super clean. The nearest organised Beach is Fig Tree Bay and is only about 3 minutes’ walk from the villa, a Blue Flag white-sand beach voted as on the Best Beaches in Europe.
The beach at Konnos, a Blue-Flag destination, is complete with proper facilities and its charming beach cafe-bar. Overlooking the action in the bay is "Cliffs", a great place for a drink and with a touch of intimacy and romance. Other venues overlooking the Bay are "Spartiatis", a clean local tavern liked by locals and visitors alike.
The Villa is about 30 meters from the seashore of Cape Greco, a pristine Mediterranean landscape, inviting during the spring to autumn seasons, and great for outdoor hikes and nature trips during the winter. This environmentally sensitive coastal area belongs to the Cape Greco National Park, a rugged landmass of dramatic features that has been sculpted by the cape’s weather into an amazing number of bays, coves and projecting headlands, with a rich history dating back to Neolithic times. The Park is laced with minute forms of nature, tiny survivors on rocky, dry grounds, tough small trees wedged in impossible positions and acres of pines above this coastline. The entry points to the sea are many, some do require an adventurous disposition.

A more family oriented resort ideal for children of all ages has numerous crystal clear water and white sand beaches, the most famous of which is Fig Tree Bay and Sunrise Beach which are about 2.5km from the Villa or about 5 minutes’ drive. Near these beaches is the Central Protaras Strip where most of the hotels, shops, bars and restaurant are located. In the same area you can find supermarkets, pharmacies and a clinic.
