The villa enjoys an exceptional location. Its land of 3500m2 in front of the ocean includes a private pontoon.
The view of the sea and the islets of Le François is sumptuous. The villa is located in the quiet and residential area of Pointe Cerisier at Le Cap Est in the town of Le François.
It is possible to dock a boat to the pontoon to enjoy the many nearby islets. With the 2 kayaks at your disposal, you will enjoy exceptional baths in the nearby lagoon.
Swimming from the pontoon is nice. The nearest beach is about 1800m. It is the small beach of Le Cap Est appreciated by kite-surfers.
The François and its shops are about 10 km away.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
