Not to mention, the sunroom has a large dining table and sofa if you feel like simply kicking back with a good book or hosting a game night as the stars come out! THINGS TO KNOW Netflix streaming is available with guests’ accounts. The full kitchen does not have a dishwasher. This vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning. The barn and boat are not available for guest use. Grills and other open flames are prohibited due to the high fire risk. Swimming is strongly discouraged as the river is very dangerous at this location. 2 dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home.
