With a prime location for winter skiing, outlet shopping, and visiting Story Land with your kids, this newly built home in Lower Bartlett brings the best of New Hampshire to you. Come home from your daily adventures to be greeted by a tree-lined deck, a gas fireplace, and a fun game room for all ages.
The living space is spread out across three floors, with free WiFi running throughout the house. Enter into the middle floor, where you can kick off your boots and store your gear by the door and make yourself at home in a fantastic room that brings together the living room, the dining room, and the kitchen. Find something to watch on the TV as you warm yourself by the fire, or hop into the kitchen to get dinner going using stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher and a French-door refrigerator). There’s ample space to dine at the table and the three-person breakfast bar. You will also find a picnic table available for guests to use outside during the summer months.
Each evening, you can bring your coffee and dessert outside to the deck, leave the day’s clothes in the care of the washer/dryer, and find all sorts of entertainment - including another TV, an Xbox, a foosball table, shuffleboard, a PAC-MAN console, and an assortment of board games - downstairs in the game room. Two bedrooms have TVs, and one has an en suite bathroom.
