The home is set close to a canal that reaches Pamlico Sound, making it a perfect retreat for guests who bring kayaks, canoes, or stand-up paddleboards. If you’re coming back from a journey, just set wet clothes to go in the private washer/dryer. The full kitchen with full-size appliances (plus a kitchen island that doubles as a breakfast bar with room for three) is sure to be the site of delicious meals and tales from past adventures. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check-in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement. This property is managed by Property Manager North Carolina LLC. 2 dog(s), weighing 60lbs or less, are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. No Permit Required
