And 20 minutes to downtown Brevard or Hendersonville. It is easy to access the home, via only paved roads, with no windy mountain roads. The home affords year round access to any and all vehicles, with plenty of onsite parking for the entire group. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates. Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional documentation before confirmation. PETS: Many of our guests have allergies so we have maintained a pet-free environment so they can enjoy their vacation without the potential of an allergic reaction. NO exceptions.
