Location: Mars Hill.....nestled amidst the private, gated golf community of Wolf Laurel overlooking the newly renovated Hatley Point ski resort and lodge, highlighting the splendor of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Private home close to whitewater rafting, golf, skiing, hiking, and so much more. 40 minutes north of downtown Asheville. You are 55 minutes to Asheville Regional airport, and 45 minutes to the gates of Biltmore Estate. You are also an easy 25 minutes from downtown Mars Hill. It is easy to access the home, via only paved roads. The home affords year-round access to all vehicles but may require an "all-wheel" or 4 x 4 drive vehicle if ice or snow are present. Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the mountain neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords.
Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.
PETS: Many of our guests have allergies so we have maintained a pet-free environment so they can enjoy their vacation without the potential of an allergic reaction. NO exceptions.
