Stylish Apartment with Balcony near Intendente Station

This apartment has been declared clean and safe by the Portuguese authorities (Turismo de Portugal). Guests will be handed an individual protection kit. This stylish and new apartment was recently decorated. Located in one of Lisbon’s most multicultural quarters: Avenida Almirante Reis. You can expect plenty of 2nd hand clothes stores, quite a few typical "tascas," bakeries, bars, and cafés. The center city takes 10 minutes by walk or with Intendente metro station next to the apartment door as well as the Martim Moniz square it will take you 3 minutes to reach the center. The apartment is fully furnished, decorated, and equipped. The design and functional decoration give the apartment a feeling of being at home. One bedroom, with double bed and a sofa bed for two gives the apartment the capacity for 4 people. Kitchen and bathrooms are equipped with everything you might need. Premium amenities include free Wi-Fi, cable TV and coffee machine. Perfect for families, friends or solo travellers, this romantic space will win your heart. Check-in is made at the Welcome Center anytime between 15h and 20h. Guests can storage luggage at the Welcome Center for free. Please note that late check-ins are made directly at the apartment and have the following costs: - Between 20h and 22h - 15€; - After 22h - 30€ We also have a personalized transfer service that picks you up at the airport and takes you to the apartment only for 30€ (until 4 people). At the check-out guests must leave the apartment in a reasonable state of cleanliness. Otherwise, we reserve the right to charge an extra cleaning cost in the same amount as the reservation.
