Located on ’Glenbrook’ a quiet, high-end development on the outskirts of the city of Clermont FL. Only a few minutes walk from the nearest convenience store and only 10 miles from Disney and 25 miles from Universal Studios, you’re close enough to all attractions but far enough to enjoy ’local Florida’ and be out of the hustle and bustle. You will have a two-car drive to park your own vehicle(s), there is not many bus routes around the area so we recommend having your own transportation.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
