This Luxury Apartment is located in Primosten, one of the most beautiful cities in Croatia. This three bedroom apartment covers an area of 116 m2 and can accommodate 6 people. One bedroom has twin beds, while the other two bedrooms have a king size bed, which makes it perfect for a family vacation with kids. The living room and dining area have a balcony (27 m2) with a beautiful sea view. A fully equipped kitchen has everything you need.
The whole Apartment is air-conditioned, has free access to Wi-Fi, free toiletries, and a private parking. On request, we can give you a baby cot and a baby chair. This Apartment is situated in a resort which consists of 7 Villas and 8 Apartments. There are a shared cafe, lounge bar and an infinity pool which are available for all guests. With a surcharge, you can have a variety of services like chef/cook service, excursions, laundry and ironing service, babysitting, daily maid service, etc.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
