The sleek kitchen features stainless steel appliances and an island with bar seating, while the decks provide additional space to relax and sip wine at sunset. A staircase leads down to a private pebbly beach, so you can dip your toes in the cool water with a view of the hills across the lake. Each well-appointed bedroom features new bedding (upgraded in 2023) for maximum sleeping comfort. Extra perks include a gas grill for summer barbecues, a washer/dryer to keep your wardrobe refreshed, and free WiFi. THINGS TO KNOW Access to the second bedroom is from the outside since it is not connected to the main house. Air-conditioning is provided for each room via energy-efficient split unit systems. Parts of this home are air-conditioned. This home does not have central air conditioning. Property Manager is a registered New York State sales tax vendor. And if Property Manager is the merchant of record will collect sales tax and applicable unit fees on all sales of short-term rental unit occupancy within New York State that it facilitates. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program.
