The villa is suitable accommodation for 8 people. Villa consists of the ground and first floor and covers an area of 200 square meters.
The fully equipped kitchen provides you a special place where you can delight in preparing Dalmatian dishes with your loved ones and friends. The large dining room with fireplace gives you feelings of home and cozy atmosphere. Two bedrooms have a king-size bed and one single bed, and smaller room has a twin bed. All rooms have a en-suite bathroom with rain shower.
The villa has its own private parking for guests. We can also provide you a professional chef to make you authentic Dalmatian specialties like fish or grilled meat. We can also provide you some other additional charges, as well as daily maid service, Spa treatment, babysitting service, various activities, and excursions with a surcharge.

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
