On the ground floor are the living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and a big sliding door which leads to the terrace with a seating set and beautiful sea view. A sauna with a shower and an outdoor partly roofed pool with possibility to countercurrent swimming are also on the ground floor. On the first floor are the bedrooms - 3 of them have a double bed and 1 has twin beds. Every room has an LCD TV, a shower toilet and an opening to a balcony. The Luxury Residence has fitness equipment for your personal exercise. With a surcharge, you can have a variety of services to feel royal, like chef/cook service, excursions, laundry and ironing service, babysitting, daily maid service, etc. The whole Villa is air-conditioned, has free access to Wi-Fi, free toiletries, and a private parking. On request, we can give you a baby cot and a baby chair. This Villa has also a cafe and lounge bar. The Luxury Residence has a private rocky/shingle beach which is available for all guests.
