A modern and relaxed holiday house, ideal for those whose holiday wish list includes: air conditioning, spacious, enclosed garden, walking distance to beaches and a choice of tavernas and shopping. This villa is an easy walk to 4 sandy coves. Couples and groups of friends will enjoy the location and space of the interior and if you’d really like to swim in a pool then you can make use of at least two nearby pools, if patronizing the associated bar in some way. The small and enclosed sunny garden will be appreciated by families with small children with somewhere to play without the worry of a pool (we include a small paddling pool in the beach pack).

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
