Bright and Airy Beach House with Access to Pool

A modern and relaxed holiday house, ideal for those whose holiday wish list includes: air conditioning, spacious, enclosed garden, walking distance to beaches and a choice of tavernas and shopping. This villa is an easy walk to 4 sandy coves. Couples and groups of friends will enjoy the location and space of the interior and if you’d really like to swim in a pool then you can make use of at least two nearby pools, if patronizing the associated bar in some way. The small and enclosed sunny garden will be appreciated by families with small children with somewhere to play without the worry of a pool (we include a small paddling pool in the beach pack). Location This villa certainly lives up to its name being less then 400m or 5 mins walk to the gently shelving sandy beach of Glaros, 6 mins to sheltered Iguana beach, 7 mins to Agii Apostoli Beach and 15 mins to Chrissi Akti Beach. There’s local shops nearby and a big brand supermarket 5 mins walk away. An excellent choice of tavernas are a stroll away and if you feel the need to work off some of those calories, there is an area of coastal walking/running trails beneath the eucalyptus trees nearby. A regular bus service will whisk you to Chania town in a few minutes. First Floor Double bedroom - Double bed, fitted wardrobe, dressing table with mirror and chair, double sliding doors to balcony overlooking gardens. Air con unit. Family bathroom - Bath with shower over, hand basin, WC and washing machine. Housekeeping Your Villa will be prepared for you on arrival with fresh bath and hand towels and all beds made up. For stays of 7 nights or more - house towels will be changed every 3 - 4 days. For stays of 14 nights or more - bed linen will be changed every 7 days. Beach Pack - Variety of beach toys including small ’inflatable style’ paddling pool. Beach towels - one per person for the duration of your stay. Pool use - There is a pool opposite and another 350m closer to the beach where you can buy drinks/snacks (buying the odd drink or snack is polite for using their pool and of course, please no picnics from home) Parking - There is ample street parking.
