On the edge of the village of Karavados, 2 kms inland from pretty St Thomas Beach, this Villa has light and spacious accommodation laid out over two floors and is ideal for couples or a small family. The jewel of this smart two bedroom villa is the absorbing sea and mountain views from the terraces and balconies. It is no more than a few minutes’ walk to a convenient minimarket and a taverna.
Location
Little villages dot the hillsides between the mountains and the sea and there is an excellent choice of tavernas to be found with a little exploration. There are also many small beaches to discover in this area all with soft gently shelving sand. Argostoli itself is an easy 15 mins drive and worth the trip for a walk along the harbour side and a little window shopping. The leafy square is a great place to stop for a coffee at one of the cafes and there are some excellent tavernas around the town.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
