A sophisticated and charming Villa with the extravagant addition of an indoor heated jacuzzi pool on the lower level, the true worth of this Villa is in its matchless outside space. A gorgeous L shaped pool is set into the beautifully furnished deck which, thanks to its hillside setting, is built at treetop level with views of the village of Stylos perched on the lower slopes of the dramatic White Mountains.
A second, lower deck is set in a small copse and furnished with table tennis, hammock and a swing seat beside a spacious fully equipped barbecue kitchen and dining area. The villa’s landscaped gardens have been chiseled out of the stony Cretan hillside and there’s even a pretty aviary holding a host of small birds at the entrance.
Location
It sits on a hillside on the edge of the small and charming village of Armeni where there is a choice of tavernas, a coffee shop, minimarket and butcher/deli. There are deliveries of fresh, locally baked bread to the small cafenion of Michael’s in the centre. Just 4.3 kms away, the low key seaside resort of Kalyves has lovely shallow shelving sandy beaches and a good choice of tavernas by the waters edge. Beyond Kalyves is the next seaside village of Almyrida which again has shallow waters and sandy beaches plus numerous tavernas and cafes. Chania’s Venetian Harbour is easily reached, approx 20kms away.

The village's main attraction is its stunning beach, a crescent of fine sand and clear, shallow waters that make it perfect for swimming and sunbathing. The Blue Flag-awarded beach is well-organized, offering sun loungers, umbrellas, and a variety of water sports, including windsurfing, kayaking, and stand-up paddleboarding.
