Prior to your reservation, please note the following information:
• As one of our more unique homes, we require 24 hours to verify the details of your booking and ensure that this home is the right match for you and your guests. Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you immediately, answer any relevant questions and personally ensure that your booking runs smoothly. The representative will be able to provide confirmation within 24 hours, if not sooner. Please do not make further travel plans until your reservation has been confirmed.
• A mandatory local tourist tax & fees per adult per night will be charged prior to your arrival. This tax is not included in the total amount on the website. The tax is usually processed through credit card - one of our representatives will be in touch to get your details.
• A security deposit is required, to be processed by bank transfer, no less than 7 days prior to your arrival. The security deposit is refunded on the Tuesday following the weekend of your departure.
Great recently refurbished 5-bedroom villa, only 5 minutes’ drive to the town centre of Saint Raphael and several beaches. Equipped with air conditioning and modern fixtures, this family villa will suit every family’s needs.
The house is located at the top of a hill with views over the countryside and the Mont Vinaigre in the Esterel. There is one large bedroom on the entrance level, with a 160cm bed, fitted cupboards and en suite bathroom with shower enclosure, WC, double vanity, and bidet. The bedroom benefits from great country views.
A staircase takes you to the large common room with a modern living area and comfortable sofas and chairs, flat screen TV and gas fireplace. The dining area is in the same room and opens onto the kitchen, fully fitted with modern appliances: oven, microwave, gas rings, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and toaster. The common area opens onto a large terrace to enjoy the view or have a drink at sunset. There is a large double bedroom on this floor with country views, fitted cupboards, and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub and double vanity.
Another staircase brings you to the lower level with 3 additional bedrooms, one double and two twins, 2 shower rooms and separate WC, and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. All the bedrooms have A/C, and there is WIFI throughout the house. This floor gives access to the outdoor dining area with a gas BBQ, 2 summer lounges in the shade, and a freeform pool surrounded by sun loungers to enjoy the summer rays.
