• As one of our more unique homes, we require 24 hours to verify the details of your booking and ensure that this home is the right match for you and your guests. Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you immediately, answer any relevant questions and personally ensure that your booking runs smoothly. The representative will be able to provide confirmation within 24 hours, if not sooner. Please do not make further travel plans until your reservation has been confirmed.
• A mandatory local tourist tax & fees per adult per night will be charged prior to your arrival. This tax is not included in the total amount on the website. The tax is usually processed through credit card - one of our representatives will be in touch to get your details.
• A security deposit is required, to be processed by bank transfer, no less than 7 days prior to your arrival. The security deposit is refunded on the Tuesday following the weekend of your departure.
A fabulous 6 bedroom villa on private grounds with large heated pool, AC and a large landscaped garden, this is the perfect place for a sunshine holiday in St Tropez.
Located in one of St Tropez’ best locations in Quartier des Marres, only a few minutes drive from the world famous Pampelonne beach and the celebrity beach clubs of Nikki Beach and Club 55, Maison du Soleil is situated on private grounds with a double secure gate. The driveway leads to a lush landscaped garden with private outdoor parking for 4 cars. There is also a small garage with access to the kitchen plus an underground garage for 4 cars.
The main entrance opens to a double living room set on two levels: the lower on has a large flat screen TV with satellite channels, the higher level with several comfortable sofas and large french windows opening on both sides of the house.
There is a wrap around terrace so guests can relax anywhere around the house.
The large dining room leads from the TV/living room with enough sitting for 12 guests and view of the lawn and pool.
The kitchen has 2 access doors to the dining room and one to the front patio with a small dining table. There is a small breakfast table and plenty of equipment for a keen cook: Nespresso and Dulce Gusto coffee machines, juicer and breakfast staples, gas hot plates, conventional and microwave oven, large fridge/freezer with ice dispenser.
There is a glass corridor above the pool leading to 2 double rooms with ensuite shower rooms. WC on the landing.
From the corridor, you can access the pool terrace with a dining area and a summer kitchen located away from the sun with fridge, dishwasher, ice cube machine, plancha.
The almost square infinity pool is the main focus of the garden with plenty of sun terraces to relax on lounge chairs and a small bridge over to the flat lawn and rest of the terraces.
There is also an independent studio on the garden level with a double bed and an ensuite shower room.
The first floor houses 3 other bedrooms: on the left, a double with ensuite shower room, garden and pool view, straight on the master bedroom with a small lounge area, separated bed zone with 180 king size bed, ensuite bathroom with bathtub and shower, double vanity, and a great view of the garden and pool.
The last bedroom is also a master bedroom with a full bathroom, 180 king size bed and a sun terrace with lounges and a small table and chairs.
In the basement, you will find a large utilities room with washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing station and access to the garage where guests can have 4 cars with a direct entrance to the house.
The villa is fully air conditioned and has an alarm system with outdoor motion sensors and cameras.
The property is rented with 15 hours of weekly housekeeping, early morning outdoor cleaning and swimming pool maintenance.
