Newly built modern Villa with infinity pool is situated in the vicinity of Dubrovnik and only 500 from the sea.
Villa has a spacious pool area and badminton court.
The villa has 5 bedrooms with king size beds and 5 en-suite bathrooms with shower. On the ground floor, you can find the living area an fully equipped kitchen. From here you can exit to the pool, terrace, barbecue and outdoor dining area. On the ground floor is also one of the bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and shared toilet.
On the first floor are the remaining 4 bedrooms and bathrooms. Each bedroom has a balcony and a charming view or the greenery which surrounds the villa.
The Old Town of Dubrovnik can be reached within a 10-minute car ride. The beautiful sandy beach is 7 minutes walk from the villa. Nearby are nice restaurants and bars.
Villa has all the facilities to complete any holiday dream.

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
