Prior to your reservation, please note the following information: • As one of our more unique homes, we require 24 hours to verify the details of your booking and ensure that this home is the right match for you and your guests. Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you immediately, answer any relevant questions and personally ensure that your booking runs smoothly. The representative will be able to provide confirmation within 24 hours, if not sooner. Please do not make further travel plans until your reservation has been confirmed. • A mandatory local tourist tax & fees per adult per night will be charged prior to your arrival. This tax is not included in the total amount on the website. The tax is usually processed through credit card - one of our representatives will be in touch to get your details. • A security deposit is required, to be processed by bank transfer, no less than 7 days prior to your arrival. The security deposit is refunded on the Tuesday following the weekend of your departure. This is a beautiful home recently renovated with 4 air-conditioned bedrooms and is set on 6 hectares of land with olive grove, large trees, flat lawn, swimming pool and terrace. The home has been renovated with high quality materials and modern appliances whilst retaining the charm and authenticity of the stone walls and wooden beams. On the ground floor of the main house, you will find a large open plan kitchen and dining area with high ceiling, beams and large aluminium windows opening onto the terrace. On the left there is a cosy L-shape sitting area which opens directly onto the swimming pool. On the right, the dining area opens onto a cosy living room with open fire and French windows opening onto the terrace, and an office. The bedrooms are located on the first floor, there is an en suite master bedroom and two more bedrooms sharing a bathroom. The fourth bedroom is accessed by a spiral staircase and uses a shower room that is located on the ground floor (not suitable for small children or those with stair difficulty). This home is surrounded by 6 hectares of beautiful land, with olive trees, plane trees and flat lawn. Along the house there is a large terrace overlooking the olive grove and a 5 x 5 m swimming pool. The property is accessed via electric gates and is located on a quiet residential lane. On one side Valbonne village is 5 minutes away, and the Mougins school, Mougins and the access to the highway are 10-15 minutes away!
