Prior to your reservation, please note the following information: • As one of our more unique homes, we require 24 hours to verify the details of your booking and ensure that this home is the right match for you and your guests. Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you immediately, answer any relevant questions and personally ensure that your booking runs smoothly. The representative will be able to provide confirmation within 24 hours, if not sooner. Please do not make further travel plans until your reservation has been confirmed. • A mandatory local tourist tax & fees of €6.19 euro per adult per night will be charged prior to your arrival. This tax is not included in the total amount on the website. The tax is usually processed through credit card - one of our representatives will be in touch to get your details. • A security deposit is required, to be processed by bank transfer, no less than 7 days prior to your arrival. The security deposit is refunded on the Tuesday following the weekend of your departure. A super family holiday home located in a quiet residential area just 800 metres to the pretty beach of Salins, a ten-minute drive into St Tropez village. The villa has five air-conditioned bedrooms including a children’s 4 bed bunk room, 4 bathrooms and is set within a lovely lawned garden with sheltered 11m pool and pool sala. This is the perfect holiday villa located in a peaceful residential lane in the Capon area of the St Tropez peninsula just 800 metres walk to the beautiful Plage des Salins. The villa has five bedrooms, four doubles plus a children’s bunk room with four bunk beds, and four bathrooms. There’s a living room with flat screen satellite TV, well equipped kitchen with a bar and dining area. There are several outdoor shaded areas: terrace with dining room, lounge area to enjoy an evening drink, as well as a petanque court, decking around the pool to soak in the sunrays. The property can accommodate up to 8 adults and 4 children. The villa is set within a peaceful Mediterranean garden planted with palms and parasol pines, around a 11mx5m swimming pool with summer kitchen.
