The Villa is located only a 20 minutes car ride from the Old Town Dubrovnik. Dubrovnik is an astonishing city with a rich cultural heritage and excellent gastronomic offer.
The property consists of two neighboring villas meters where both of them exude luxury. Each villa has a spacious terrace with an outdoor dining area and barbecue, a modern living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a Finnish sauna, bar, heated infinity pool, and an amazing sea view. Villa 1 has an indoor jacuzzi for total relaxation. The outdoor infinity pools are private and ideal for relaxing. From the pools, you can access the bars and saunas.
Villa 1 has 4 bedrooms with king-size beds, 4 en-suite bathrooms with shower, and a bathroom in the wellness area.
Villa 2 has 5 bedrooms (four with king-size beds, one with twin beds), 5 en-suite bathrooms.
Each bedroom has a stunning view of the sea and nearby islands.

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
