• As one of our more unique homes, we require 24 hours to verify the details of your booking and ensure that this home is the right match for you and your guests. Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you immediately, answer any relevant questions and personally ensure that your booking runs smoothly. The representative will be able to provide confirmation within 24 hours, if not sooner. Please do not make further travel plans until your reservation has been confirmed.
• A mandatory local tourist tax & fees per adult per night will be charged prior to your arrival. This tax is not included in the total amount on the website. The tax is usually processed through credit card - one of our representatives will be in touch to get your details.
• A security deposit is required, to be processed by bank transfer, no less than 7 days prior to your arrival. The security deposit is refunded on the Tuesday following the weekend of your departure.

The villa offers four spacious and air-conditioned bedrooms, all with their en suite bathroom and enjoys a fabulous position with lovely views to the sea and the Lerins island.

The villa offers four spacious and air-conditioned bedrooms, all with their en suite bathroom and enjoys a fabulous position with lovely views to the sea and the islands of Cannes.
The villa has been completely renovated and decorated in a Scandinavian style offering a well-equipped modern kitchen with Lacanche stove and American fridge, large living room and dining room that opens up onto a beautiful terrace where guests can enjoy the spectacular views towards Cannes and the Mediterranean.
On the ground floor is a spacious master bedroom (180x200) with en suite bathroom. On the garden level are the other 3 double bedrooms each with an en suite bathroom, and all offering direct access to the garden. All the 4 bedrooms have A/C.
The tastefully landscaped garden has a saltwater swimming pool (that can be heated), surrounded by sun beds and a good-sized dining area accommodating 10 guests with a Green Egg BBQ. A lovely, shaded area with lounge chairs overlooking the pool provides another area for quiet relaxation.
Secure off-street parking is provided accommodating 2 cars.
