Prior to your reservation, please note the following information: • As one of our more unique homes, we require 24 hours to verify the details of your booking and ensure that this home is the right match for you and your guests. Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you immediately, answer any relevant questions and personally ensure that your booking runs smoothly. The representative will be able to provide confirmation within 24 hours, if not sooner. Please do not make further travel plans until your reservation has been confirmed. • A mandatory local tourist tax & fees per adult per night will be charged prior to your arrival. This tax is not included in the total amount on the website. The tax is usually processed through credit card - one of our representatives will be in touch to get your details. • A security deposit is required, to be processed by bank transfer, no less than 7 days prior to your arrival. The security deposit is refunded on the Tuesday following the weekend of your departure. Recently renovated, the villa has five air-conditioned bedrooms, a fabulous double living room, a dining room, and a designer kitchen, all in luxurious and modern comfort. A stunning modern villa located in the exclusive gated Domaine de l’Escalet with a breath-taking view over the Mediterranean and direct access onto Escalet Beach. The property has been newly renovated and re-designed to offer 5 deluxe bedrooms, a master double with en suite bathroom and a picture window to the sea, two large double bedrooms both with en suite and another large double and a children’s room with two bunk beds. Downstairs there’s a huge living room opening onto the sun terrace, designer kitchen with all mod-cons, dining area and a second living room with comfy seating. The property can sleep 10 people and is fully air-conditioned and security alarmed. Outside, the villa is fronted by a large teak deck terrace with relaxed outdoor seating, natural coal BBQ and dining area. There’s a 12m infinity pool surrounded by loungers which overlooks the sea and can be heated. Rental includes daily breakfast and maid service. This is a place for leisure, but also for activities. The Escalet boating center offers sailing courses and rentals, tennis courts with professional coaches, personal fitness trainers, and diving expeditions. Boats up to 7metres may be moored down the house. In the mountains around are celebrated hiking trails, with breath-taking views on the famous Esterel mountain range. And the Villa is minutes away from some of the most beautiful golf courses in Southern Europe.
