Prior to your reservation, please note the following information: • As one of our more unique homes, we require 24 hours to verify the details of your booking and ensure that this home is the right match for you and your guests. Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you immediately, answer any relevant questions and personally ensure that your booking runs smoothly. The representative will be able to provide confirmation within 24 hours, if not sooner. Please do not make further travel plans until your reservation has been confirmed. • A mandatory local tourist tax & fees per adult per night will be charged prior to your arrival. This tax is not included in the total amount on the website. The tax is usually processed through credit card - one of our representatives will be in touch to get your details. • A security deposit is required, to be processed by bank transfer, no less than 7 days prior to your arrival. The security deposit is refunded on the Tuesday following the weekend of your departure. A beautiful and spacious family villa in a private residential area ideally located just 600 metres from picturesque beach of Gigaro with its several restaurants and bars, and a five-minute drive to Pampelonne, St Tropez and La Croix Valmer. The villa has 5 bedrooms all with en-suite bathroom and is fully air-conditioned and a lovely 5000 m2 lawned garden with 12 metre pool. This beautiful and very spacious family villa is located in a peaceful gated residential domaine near Gigaro Beach, just a 600 metre walk down a private path to the beach with its several restaurants and laid-back bars. From there it’s 5 minutes by car to the lively beaches of Pampelonne and Tahiti and to La Croix Valmer and 15 minutes into St Tropez. The property has five bedrooms, all with en-suite bathroom and either a terrace or garden view. There’s a big living room equipped with satellite TV, home cinema and Bose music system, large well-equipped kitchen, and separate laundry room. From the living room, French doors open onto the outdoor dining terrace and gas barbecue and outdoor dining table for 10 people. The villa is set within a lovely Mediterranean garden of over 5000 m2 laid out in well maintained lawns and palms and parasol pines. At the centre is a sheltered 12m x 6m swimming pool with step access, wide pool terrace and covered pool house at one end. There’s table tennis as well as bicycles for guest use. The property is accessed via an automatic gate and is security alarmed.
