Once you are done exploring St. Louis or enjoying the amenities, relax in the comforts of a newly renovated condo with stunning modern decor, lightning fast internet, complimentary Netflix access, a fully stocked kitchen, and complimentary coffee (always drip coffee and never Keurig for the true coffee enthusiasts)!
To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old. No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.
Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.
Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.

The Neighborhood:
Located downtown just minutes by foot from the Cardinals and Blues stadiums, the SLU Law campus, the St. Louis Zoo, Forest Park, and the Arch, the building is good mix of being extremely close to all of the city’s attractions, but still 1-2 blocks away from restaurants and bars.
Getting Around:
Most attractions are easily accessible by foot or are a quick uber ride away. Easy access to the metro, major thoroughfares, businesses, dining, shopping and entertainment. ~15 minutes to the airport
Other Things to Note:
Please know that all Property Manager properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

Although rare, accidental damage from guests does happen and traditionally this was managed via a security deposit by the guest or by the owner charging the guest for damages. This is highly unpleasant and puts a bitter taste in everyone’s mouth. With our “all-risk” protection, all accidental damage by the guest up to $1,500 is covered unless it’s specifically excluded such as, but not limited to, normal wear and tear, infestation, or prior damage. Relax and enjoy the stay! It’s vacation time, so enjoy it with the peace of mind knowing that if an accident happens and damage occurs, you are protected with Property Manager’ coverage! The $20 damage waiver fee has been included in the cleaning costs. This applies for all reservations made on or after 1/1/2021.

POOL HOUSE RULES
-Pool and rooftop hours are from 9:00am to 11:00pm
-Smoking is NOT permitted anywhere in the pool and deck area
-The pool is for residents only. Residents may have a MAX of 2 guests per apartment at a time. All guests must be accompanied by an adult lease holder at all times. Residents are responsible for the actions of their guests.
-No food, gum, or wrappers are allowed IN the pool
-NO GLASS
-All pool furniture must remain in the pool area and should not be removed or placed in the pool
-All trash must be placed in the appropriate containers provided
