Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Check-in will be in Condo C parking garage near the elevator landing. Check in time is 4:00pm and check out is at 11:00am. The front desk opening hours are from 7:00am to 10:00pm. A minimum 3 night stay is required. Please review the following information to be prepared for your arrival: · A nightly hold of $100.00 is required to enable charging privileges from our outlets.· This property is a smoke free environment. No smoking indoors. · Sleeping capacity is 8 adults per Condo unit. · Cribs & high chairs are available upon request. · Free parking is available. · Daily housekeeping service is offered at a fee of $300 per week, which will allow you to receive full maid service daily. · Guests should depart the condo unit by 11am to avoid cost per nightly rate. A 50% charge of the nightly rate will be incurred if departure is completed before 3pm, or guest will obtain the full nightly cost per active rate if guest departs after 3pm. · All merchandise has been inventoried. Guests are fully responsible for missing items.
