The villa has 3 bedrooms (all on the first floor), including a master bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower room, a bedroom with twin beds that can be joined together to form a large double bed, and a third bedroom with twin beds. All bedrooms lead out onto the upstairs terrace. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom. On the ground floor is the spacious living / dining room with comfortable sofas, a dining table with seating for 6 persons, a flat-screen curved TV (international TV channels available) and DVD player. There is a separate guest WC on the ground-floor. There is a lower ground floor with a table tennis table and desk. The living / dining room opens out onto the covered terrace and lawned garden with beautiful swimming pool (can be heated at extra cost), a terraced area for sunbathing, and a built-in barbecue. There is also a WC/shower room (with washing machine) next to the pool. The kitchen is fully-equipped kitchen with all modern conveniences including fridge-freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, gas hob, toaster, kettle, coffee machine. There is also an iron, ironing board, and hairdryer. There are spacious sun terraces and a lawned area next to the beautiful swimming pool (the pool that can be heated (at extra cost)). There is comfortable seating as well as an outdoor dining table and chairs by the built-in barbecue - as well as sun loungers for use on the pool terrace. Location The villa is ideally located near to Lagos town, with shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife around 15 minutes’ walk from the villa. There is also an excellent local bus service available with the nearest stop less than a minute’s walk from the villa. For golfers, this villa is situated just a few minutes from the Boavista course and 10 minutes from Palmares. Within a 25-minute drive are the courses at Penina, Parque da Floresta, and Morgado.
