Contemporary 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa located in a quiet, residential area of Lagos, a short distance from the centre of town and the nearest beach (Porto do Mos).

The villa has 3 bedrooms (all on the first floor), including a master bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower room, a bedroom with twin beds that can be joined together to form a large double bed, and a third bedroom with twin beds.
All bedrooms lead out onto the upstairs terrace.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom.

On the ground floor is the spacious living / dining room with comfortable sofas, a dining table with seating for 6 persons, a flat-screen curved TV (international TV channels available) and DVD player.
There is a separate guest WC on the ground-floor.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • Late check-in fee (23:00 - 01:00): 100 EUR per booking.
  • Late check-in fee (20:00 - 23:00): 50 EUR per booking.
  • Beach towels: 4 EUR per person. Max. quantity: 12.
  • Food pack: 15 EUR per person. Max. quantity: 12.
  • Baby high chair: 5 EUR per day. Max. quantity: 5.
  • Crib: 5 EUR per day. Max. quantity: 5.
  • - Bed linen is changed every 7 days.
  • - Towels are changed every 4 days.
  • - The heated swimming pool is available from 05-01 to 10-15.
  • - Check-in schedule:
  • From 01-02 to 12-24: everyday, from 16:00 to 20:00.
  • From 12-26 to 12-30: everyday, from 16:00 to 20:00.
  • - Check-out time: 10:00.
  • - Pets are not allowed.
  • - Groups of young people are not allowed.
