Here in the tranquil Rim View community, you’ll be enviably close to hiking, mountain biking, and off-roading trails, with a spectacular setting, a private hot tub, and even extra parking for your recreational vehicles to welcome you back each afternoon.
This home is a showcase of its setting, with sweeping views of the desert, the canyon, or the mountains awaiting in every room. But nowhere is the scene more breathtaking than the shaded, furnished patio and the private hot tub - both of which sit on the edge of open desert out back. The interior has been elegantly designed to provide central AC and heat, WiFi throughout, and lovely details of wood, leather, and stainless steel. The living room, kitchen, and dining room all open to each other, with plentiful picture windows that bring in the view, a large flatscreen TV, and a spacious dining table. The kitchen features sleek appliances (including an induction range, a French door refrigerator, and a dishwasher) and a roomy island with bar seating for four. At night, as your clothes refresh themselves in the private laundry room, you’ll find that two of the three bedrooms are paired with an en suite bathroom, with the main bedroom suite offering access to the patio, a flatscreen TV, and a walk-in closet as well.

Rim View is a peaceful community of just seven homes that sit at the base of the Moab Rim, offering open views of the La Sal Mountains and the surrounding red rock desert. Downtown Moab - a hub of activity with shops, restaurants, and recreational outfitters - is eight miles north. A number of beautiful trails for hiking, mountain biking, and off-roading populate the immediate area, with Ken’s Lake - a great spot for paddleboarding and kayaking - three miles east. There are several renowned national parks within a short drive as well, including Arches 14 miles north and Canyonlands 39 miles west.
