Beautifully positioned with views of the surrounding forest and mountains, this home features a bright interior with updates that everyone is sure to appreciate, from a new leather sectional sofa to new counters in the kitchen and bathrooms. Enjoy the vaulted great room with its floor-to-ceiling windows and wood-burning stove and gather around the deck and firepit to cap summer days of hiking and mountain biking.
This home sits just around the corner (a quarter-mile) from the base of Mt. Abram, making this an ideal escape for skiers and snowboarders. You’ll also find ample opportunities for snowshoeing and snowmobiling in the area. Sound Pond, North Pond, and Round Pond are all less than three miles away, offering public access points for swimming, kayaking, and fishing in the summer. Come autumn, you can take scenic drives through the region to admire the gorgeous foliage for which Maine is known.
