This home sits just around the corner (a quarter-mile) from the base of Mt. Abram, making this an ideal escape for skiers and snowboarders. You’ll also find ample opportunities for snowshoeing and snowmobiling in the area. Sound Pond, North Pond, and Round Pond are all less than three miles away, offering public access points for swimming, kayaking, and fishing in the summer. Come autumn, you can take scenic drives through the region to admire the gorgeous foliage for which Maine is known. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home.
