The villa is built of traditional materials, which makes it an ideal place for a comfortable and luxurious holiday, surrounded by rich Mediterranean vegetation, overlooking the area of Konavle. Large sun terrace fitted with sunbeds and parasols, outdoor seasonal swimming pool as well as outdoor shower are at the guests disposal, just perfect for nice and relaxing family or friends vacation. On the back side of the house there is a barbecue with a dining room which makes it an ideal location for lunch. It is surrounded by a large garden and terrace. Fee private parking on site is available, reservation is not required. This four-bedroom villa with swimming pool and sea view offers free wi-fi, air conditioning, free private parking, flats-screen SAT TV, and baby cot. The kitchen is fully equipped, it contains a microwave, toaster, refrigerator, oven, stove, water kettle, dining area for eight persons and dishwasher. Cavtat is also well-connected with Dubrovnik and numerous other interesting destinations in the region to which offers regular services by bus and boat.
