Built on a high bluff in 1947 and gorgeously updated since, this single-level home features both modern and classic elements of design, including beamed ceilings, exposed brick, and large picture windows that run the length of the house. Whether you choose to spend your days walking on the beach (accessible down the road) or perusing the charming shops of downtown Langley, you’ll have ample space for relaxation when you return home. There’s an oceanfront living room where you can curl up to watch for orca pods and the occasional grey whale; an adjacent nook with a selection of puzzles, books, and games to enjoy; and a sun room where you can have one eye on the flatscreen TV and the other on the bald eagles soaring over the backyard....

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
