The main floor features an open layout combining the kitchen, living room, dining area, and laundry room. The living room offers guests the ultimate relaxation with comfortable furnishings, a fireplace, and a wall-mounted TV. The well-equipped kitchen will inspire the chef of the group with all of its stainless steel appliances, wood cabinets, and counter space. It comes equipped with a double-door, full-size fridge, stove, double oven, dishwasher, blender, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and double sink. Off the kitchen is the exit to the enclosed patio with a small table, two chairs, and a gas grill, perfect for a cookout. Climb up the stairs to the second level of the home to find four bedrooms, all of which boast their own en suites. Have a little extra work to do while you’re here? The high-speed internet and free WiFi make it quick and easy for remote workers and students to complete their projects on time, not to mention the desks, chairs, and monitors in two of the bedrooms will ensure you’re comfortable and productive. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Guests will not have access to the Swim and Fitness Center (waterslide/indoor pool) or Nelson Farm Pool. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
