Ideal for a large or extended family and situated in a cute beachy neighborhood, this newly remodeled and landscaped property features a main home and an adorable guest house offering a total of four bedrooms and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Inside the main house, you’ll find gorgeous hardwood floors, a well-equipped, island kitchen with stainless steel appliances and counter seating, a dining table for six, and two distinct living areas with comfortable furnishings and cable-equipped, flatscreen TVs. Cross the back porch and the yard and step into the warm and inviting guest house where you’ll find a large, sunlit living area with high ceilings and a gas fireplace, and a second full kitchen with a breakfast bar. And when it’s time to split up and call it a night, you’ll find four bedrooms divided evenly among the two homes including two rooms with queen-size beds, a kid-friendly bunk room in the front house with an en suite bath, and a fourth room in the guest house with a twin trundle and en suite bath of its own.
