Outside, you’ll have a private beach on the water as well as a dock.
The setting is very private on a quiet waterfront peninsula, and you’ll have a wood stove on the lower level for plenty of cozy ambiance. This home also has air conditioning.
From this convenient location, you’ll be only 15 minutes away from Cranmore or King Pine, 25 minutes to Attitash, 35 minutes to Wildcat, and 45 minutes to Loon. At the house, enjoy a private beach area on Pequawket Pond, as well as a dock and a large, flat yard.
