The kitchen might not be the biggest in the market, but it’s been thoroughly equipped to make mealtime a breeze with stainless steel appliances that include a French door fridge and a dishwasher. You’ll also have plenty of cabinets to store your goodies and a breakfast bar that seats three. The dining table seats four comfortably, but if you’d like to experience unforgettable meals al fresco, the deck offers guests a four-people outdoor dining area with a private gas grill and memorable mountain views. Back inside, the living room featuring vaulted ceilings and endless natural light will be the designated spot to unwind with your friends. Snuggle up by the fireplace on one of the two armchairs or sofa. The flatscreen TV with cable on top of the fireplace will be ideal for snuggly movie nights. On this level, you’ll also find a bedroom with a flatscreen TV and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The lower level features a convenient game room with an entertainment center with a flatscreen TV with cable, a PS4, a DVD player and a complete library, an armchair and a sofa, a foosball table, dartboard, a washer/dryer combo, a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, two bedrooms, and direct access to the outside of the home where a private, outdoor hot tub will be waiting for you.
