Spend the day on the slopes of Homewood Mountain Resort. A sofa, two armchairs, and a gas fireplace set the scene for relaxation in the living area. In the evening, settle in to stream favorite shows on the smart TV. Home chefs will love the fully renovated kitchen, equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and helpful gadgets. While dinner simmers, perch at the kitchen bar with seating for four. When it’s time to eat, gather for fresh meals around the eightperson dining table. This rental accommodates six guests in three bedrooms. Rest peacefully in a king bed in the primary bedroom. The second bedroom is outfitted with a fullsize bed and a sofa, while the third bedroom features a queen bed and direct yard access. The two bathrooms are each configured with a walkin shower. The home has multiple outdoor areas from which to enjoy the fresh alpine air. The front porch offers an outdoor lounge area, the side porch a covered lounge area, and the backyard another seating area for four. In the evening, keep mealtime simple with a cookout on the gas grill, then dine alfresco at the table for six. Guest amenities include complimentary WiFi and a washerdryer. Beach chairsumbrellas are provided in the rental. This twostory home is accessed via two exterior steps. The home does not have airconditioning. Guests are asked to remove their shoes upon entry. The grill and outdoor furniture may be stored and unavailable during winter months. The central location of this home allows you to walk to the communal playground as well as the private HOA beach and pier requires crossing a twolane highway. Enjoy nearby hiking and biking at Eagle Rock, Vikingsholm Hiking Trail in Emerald Bay, Sugar Pine Point State Park, and Blackwood Canyon.
