Stroll minutes to the village to discover a selection of dining, shopping, and entertainment options. Visit the Northstar Recreation Center and enjoy the pools, hot tubs, a fitness center, tennis and other sports courts, and a playground. In the summer, a host of nearby outdoor activities await, including hiking, biking, and horseback riding. Relax on the sofa and a sofa bed in the living area. (The fireplace is currently not operational.) At night, get cozy and play one of the provided board games or watch favorite TV shows. Prepare hearty meals in the well-equipped kitchen, featuring an array of appliances and helpful gadgets. When it’s time to eat, gather for fresh cuisine at the dining table for two. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
- Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
