Sea Shell Beach Cottage offered by Property Manager Once you step inside our home, you will find an open floor plan with comfortable bedrooms, renovated bathrooms and beautiful and open kitchen. Our beach rental is designed with entertainment in mind. The living, dining and kitchen areas all flow together and create an open space. This beach house offers a spacious and airy kitchen with a large island that seats 6 guests. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you would need to cook a family meal. The island is the center of the kitchen and creates a place for everyone to gather and socialize. The kitchen flows into the dining table which seats an additional 6 guests. Living area features a Sleeper sofa, two accent chairs and a Smart flat-screen TV. A few touches like barn doors, shiplap, kids bedroom and much more make this beach house special! The primary bedroom features a King bed, the second bedroom features 2 Twin beds (can be pushed together to make a King), the third bedroom features a King bed and fourth bedroom features 2 Full beds with a private bathroom. The second bathroom is located in the hallway near the other 3 bedrooms. Every bedroom has a smart flat-screen TV and the Twin bedroom features a Playstation 4! This property features an oversized and attractive pool area (custom built in March 2019). The pool area features 9 loungers, beautiful palm trees, outdoor seating and lounging, bbq grill and outdoor dining tables. This is a perfect area for entertaining or simply relaxing. Pool has an oversized hot tub! This comfortable home has a fabulous location, as it’s tucked away in the residential area but close enough to all of the action. You’ll be conveniently close to dining, shopping, water sports, fishing, golf and family attractions. Beach is just two blocks away. Pool heat is $35 per day + taxes - at 85 degrees from Nov to April. Giant Spa can be heated at $15 per night + taxes. This property allows 1 pet - if approved there is a non-refundable pet fee of $150.00 + taxes. Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Property Manager is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY). AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits. Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner’s use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner. This property did not suffer any damage from the hurricane  and is ready for your stay —Our area is quickly reopening for your vacation!
